About the Position: This position is located within Dir of Clinical Support Dept of Preventative Medicine Public Health Nursing Service Schofield Barracks Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Assist in provides health consultation to Child Youth and School Aged Services

Assist in performing functions with significant independence for Epidemiology, Disease Epidemiology Reporting System

Coordinates closely with installation, local and state public health departments and military MTF to case manage and/or report data, facilitate or conduct epidemiologic investigations, or coordinate care as needed.

Conduct patient assessments, tentative diagnosis and follow/up care after the initiation of infectious diseases for tuberculosis infection or exposure, and to limited degree, sexually transmitted diseases, and other reportable medical events.

Administers immunizations individually or in mass, to support Soldier Readiness and community wellness.

Assists with Community Assessment data collection, survey development, distribution, marketing and evaluation.
