Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

TNA is looking for Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians who can troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support and maintain advanced production and automation equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring high equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operation of all plant systems.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications – Two-year college or technical school - minimum 5 yrs experience in the following.

• PLC experience: Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley.
• Electrical knowledge: AC/DC systems, servo drives, VFDs, electrical motors, and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical proficiency: Mechanical transmission systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, fluid power controls.
• Ability to diagnose complex problems and read schematics.
• Experience with industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred).
• Must be safety‑oriented, able to multitask, and effective working independently or in teams.

Education and experience requirements are as follows:  

• Two-year college or technical school; and/or five (5) or more years of mechanical/electrical experience; and demonstrated expertise in the following areas:
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley
• AC & DC Servo drives
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Proficient in both electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance is a MUST.

Also, you must be willing to work a night shift schedule that includes some weekends and holidays in a manufacturing environment that may not be climate-controlled.
