Ld Sr Ln Officer-PT100

Solicits, analyzes, evaluates and decides dealer generated indirect credit applications for purchase of collateralized loans. This position also serves as a next-level source of review for the Senior Loan Officers and processing staff as needed. Analyzes and evaluates credit offerings from dealer generated indirect credit applications for purchase of collateralized loans while maintaining established credit policy standards. Maintains daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tracking reports to monitor credit quality, established lending practices, contract acquisition efficiency ratios and any other performance indicators as needed. Supports the Senior Loan Officers and Loan Processing staff by providing a next level source of review. Assists in developing, motivating and training Indirect Lending personnel. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum of five (5) years of indirect loan officer or comparable experience. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills in dealing with members, management and dealerships. Able to excel in a high volume environment with minimal supervision.
