Child Focus is seeking a Floating Classroom Aide to support children and teachers in our Infant/Toddler and Preschool classrooms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children, thrives in a team environment, and wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families.

As a Floating Classroom Aide, you will help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can create, explore, learn, and grow. You will work alongside experienced early childhood professionals while supporting the daily needs of classrooms and children.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the set-up and maintenance of the classroom.
• Engage with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children through play and learning experiences.
• Support teachers in implementing a research-based curriculum.
• Foster children’s learning, development, and growth.
• Assist with diapering and other age-appropriate personal care routines.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, attractive, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Support the individual needs of children and families.
• Work cooperatively with teachers and other team members to provide quality care and learning opportunities.

Position Details

Location: 4629 Aicholtz Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45244
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal
Hours: Shifts range between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
School Schedule: This position follows the West Clermont school schedule, including summer break and other scheduled school breaks.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma required
