About the Role
The June is seeking a warm, organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. This role sets the tone for every visit, managing arrivals, phone and email inquiries, and day-to-day front-of-house administrative support with polish and discretion.
The ideal candidate is a naturally welcoming, detail-oriented professional who thrives on making people feel immediately at ease.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Experience
• Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, confirming reservations and directing them appropriately.
• Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation and waitlist records across dining, events, and club amenities.
• Handle member requests and questions with discretion, escalating as needed.
Administrative Support
• Support day-to-day front-of-house administrative tasks, including mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception area at all times.
• Assist with membership file updates and basic data entry as assigned.
• Coordinate with FOH leadership and departments to relay member needs or issues.
Requirements

• Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable in a private club setting.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or guest services role, ideally in hospitality or a private club.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with reservation systems, phones, and standard office software.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Experience
• Experience within a private membership club or luxury hospitality brand.
• Familiarity with reservation and membership management platforms.
