Guest Services Associate

As our Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the first friendly face guests and students see when they walk through our doors. You play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive environment while helping ensure the day runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and students with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with booking appointments.
• Manage guest check-ins and checkouts while accurately processing payments.
• Serve as a key point of contact, providing friendly, helpful, and attentive communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Monitor daily schedules, coordinate appointments, and help ensure services stay on track.
• Assist guests with retail product recommendations and purchases.
• Be a positive ambassador for Douglas J Institutes, reflecting our commitment to professionalism, education, and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, front desk, salon, spa, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, helpful, and guest-focused approach.
• A warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Proficient with computers, phone systems, appointment scheduling software, and everyday office applications. 
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to being a reliable member of the team.

This position requires open availability for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and occasional Saturdays until 5 p.m.
