HR SPEC (CLASS/RECRUIT)

You will serve as an HR SPEC (CLASS/RECRUIT) in the ADMINISTRATIVE AND RESOURCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

You will provide advice, guidance, and assistance to internal and external customers.

You will respond to issues independently, researching and resolving problems and issues based on knowledge of functional area and administrative processes.

You will assist in assessing organizational needs and developing strategies to close gaps, such as succession planning, targeted recruitment, training programs, restructuring, and retention strategies.

You will provide advice and guidance on implementation of new or revised standards and guides.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11 ONLY Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
