Future Director Opportunity – Senior Living Community Leadership
Are you an experienced leader in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or community operations who is ready to take the next step in your career?
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate professional to join our team with the expectation of transitioning into a Director role overseeing a senior living community. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced leadership, learn our operations, and prepare for a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of a community serving older adults.
What You'll Do
As a member of our leadership team, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of community operations, including:
- Leading and supporting department managers and staff
- Ensuring exceptional resident care and customer service
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
- Assisting with staffing, employee development, and team engagement
- Supporting budgeting, financial performance, and operational goals
- Overseeing regulatory compliance and quality initiatives
- Participating in marketing, community outreach, and relationship building
- Helping create a culture of dignity, respect, and teamwork
Following a successful onboarding and training period, the selected candidate will transition into a Director position with responsibility for the overall operation and performance of a senior living community.
What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates will have:
- Leadership or management experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, housing, or a related service industry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for serving seniors and supporting employees
- Ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
- Experience supervising teams and driving operational excellence
- Computer proficiency and comfort with multiple systems and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Services, or a related field
- Experience in assisted living, supportive living, long-term care, hospital, adult day services, or another healthcare-related environment
- Multi-department leadership experience
