Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business required or
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Supply Chain Management required or
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required

Work Experience
A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field required
A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred

Other Work Experience
- Requires 2-3 years in supervisory role or previous experience as a lead.
- Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversight.

Travel Requirements
Up to 10% of the time Domestic and International Travel

This role includes assignment of work for specific WWT customers. Compensation/ Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $76,000-95,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

A Brief Overview
Promotes the World Wide Technology Core Values and Corporate Goals Product Data Management: - Supervise and develop a small team of full-time employees within WWT's Integrated Management Principle's and Core Values. - Oversees the product data responsibilities of multiple programs to meet corporate and customer statement of work objectives. - Executes on the governing rules and data compliance, new product introduction and/or configuration supervisory activities. Delivers Operational Excellence through: - Execution on Product Data Management SLA's and team KPI's. - Monitors and implements best practice processes to promote continuous improvement across teams and processes. - Drives execution of tasks with clear project path to complete on-going and future tasks. - Working closely with customer, program manager and local resources. Provides internal and external collaboration: - Provides subject matter expertise to drive solutions to complex problems. - Engaged and builds ongoing collaborative relationship with Inside sales, customers, program management, legal and compliance, and quality on local and global scale. - Provides evaluation and feedback of programs with program owners and drives best practices across programs to improve on customer delight. - Drives collaborative activities through our operations, sales and program management organizations to scale and standardize operational efficiencies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and governs data compliance, new product introduction and/or configuration management activities
  • Build ROI based Business Cases
  • Creating operational and customer-driven reporting and insights utilizing internal tools to drive action
  • Ensuring that new customers and programs are onboarded properly to ensure customer delight
  • Knowing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the team and working cross-functionally to resolve issues that impact performance
  • Leads team towards flexibility in Job Functions
  • Monitoring staff performance and identifying opportunities for individual and team improvement
  • Offering assistance and guidance in Product Data staffing and hiring decisions
  • Owning execution and cross-functional accountability throughout WWT Supply Chain
  • Participate in Supply Chain projects and lead, schedule and manage strategic initiatives, as assigned
  • Proactively plans and create timelines for upcoming work
  • Promoting the World Wide Technology Integrated Management and Leadership tools and concepts
  • Resolving complex issues across multiple internal functional areas and direct interaction with customers on program specific details
  • Serve as first point of escalation for Product Data leadership
  • Support the global design of Integrated Planning, including development of processes, design of tools, and establishment of metrics, as engaged
  • Training, coaching, and contributing to the development of the team on standard policies, procedures and best practices while promoting professional growth
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex product data related issues
