We are a growing Data Science team continually building on our success in creating value from data. We are looking for experienced data science, machine learning and MLOps practitioners to design, build and deploy impactful predictive marketing solutions that serve a wide range of verticals and data customers. Our team is the central engine of a company that is obsessed with data quality, data accuracy, and data availability.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Ownership of design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning algorithms in a modern Python-based cloud architecture
  2. Actively develops solutions, processes with focus on maximizing team output and efficiency
  3. Drives team adoption of new and appropriate tools & techniques. Implementation, debugging and testing are executed at a high-level
  4. Consistently able to resolve complex problems and/or blockers for self and team with strong emphasis on speed-to-value
  5. Ability to adapt to changing requirements while managing expectations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  6. Collaborate effectively with data and software engineers, ML operations and product team members remotely to enable deployment of models that will scale across the company's ecosystem

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  1. Adhere to stringent quality assurance and documentation standards using version control and code repositories (e.g., Git, GitHub)
  2. Applied modern CI/CD methods in model artifacts
  3. Advanced Proficiency in Python required

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  1. D. or Masters in a relevant quantitative, applied field (Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
  2. Minimum 7+ years of work experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of ML model development and deployment into production within a cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.)
  3. Proven experience managing a success team of data scientists and prioritizing tasks to achieve high responsiveness
  4. Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying various ML algorithms (neural networks, random forest, XGBoost, SVM, and the like)
