What You'll Do

  • Set pricing and inventory strategy by market segment, building accurate demand and capacity forecasts and adjusting rate plans and restrictions to capture the highest-value business.
  • Own the weekly Revenue Management rhythm: prepare the strategy meeting agenda, lead the Yield meeting, and review group evaluations and critical dates so nothing slips through.
  • Track competitive and market data (STR and Hotelligence reports, 180-day booking pace) to spot opportunities and recommend action to the General Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Manage the RFP process for corporate and consortia accounts, keeping rate categories and production data accurate across systems.
  • Partner with Front Office and Sales leadership on suite/concierge pricing, transient packaging, and group room-block decisions, always in line with brand standards.
  • Audit and train the Booking Coordinator, and contribute to the PSR, monthly forecast, strategic sales plan, and rooms revenue budget.
  • Champion outstanding guest service and a safe, positive working environment in every interaction, on property and behind the scenes.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly or indirectly supervises associates and/or supervisors in accordance with Auro's policies and applicable law, including hiring and training, assigning and directing work, performance management, and resolving associate concerns.

    What You Bring

    • 2–3 years of hotel revenue management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • College degree preferred.
    • A dedicated, detail-oriented approach with the follow-through to see strategies through from analysis to results.
    • A collaborative style — this role only succeeds through strong partnerships with property leadership.
