The Opportunity

Are you ready to turn your passion for the ride into a high-octane career? RideNow Powersports is seeking an energetic, authentic, and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our retail team.

As a Motorclothes Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the Harley-Davidson brand for riders and enthusiasts alike. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting premium apparel, riding gear, and official merchandise, maintain inviting floor displays, and share your passion for the legendary Harley-Davidson lifestyle.

What You’ll Own & Achieve

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their riding and lifestyle needs, and assist them in fitting and selecting riding gear, helmets, outerwear, and official merchandise.
  • Maintain Visual Standards & Merchandising: Keep the sales floor clean, fully stocked, organized, and styled according to Harley-Davidson visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Drive Sales & Product Knowledge: Develop deep knowledge of seasonal collections, safety gear features, and store promotions to meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • Process POS Transactions: Accurately operate point-of-sale systems for customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
  • Manage Apparel Inventory: Assist with receiving shipments, tagging product, unboxing, restocking, and conducting periodic inventory audits.
  • Support Dealership Events: Participate in dealership events, seasonal promotions, riding club functions, and open houses.

What Brings You to the Team

  • Experience: 1+ years of retail sales, apparel sales, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for the Brand: Enthusiasm for motorcycle culture, powersports, and the Harley-Davidson brand lifestyle.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly demeanor with outstanding verbal communication and customer relation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using POS software, scanning tools, and basic computer systems.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and weekend dealership events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Structure: $17.13 per hour base wage plus commission on sales. (Actual compensation offered is determined based on role-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.)
