The Role
As a Plumbing Drain Technician, you'll diagnose, clear, repair, and maintain residential drain and sewer systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll help homeowners understand their options, recommend solutions that fit their needs, and take pride in solving problems the right way.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Diagnose, clear, repair, and maintain residential drain and sewer systems
- Perform drain cleaning services using snakes, jetting equipment, cameras, and other specialized tools
- Accurately identify plumbing and drainage issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options, helping them make informed decisions
- Promote company services, maintenance agreements, and additional solutions when appropriate
- Complete assigned service calls professionally, efficiently, and to company standards
- Maintain accurate job documentation, warranty information, inventory records, and timekeeping
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and support teams throughout the workday
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working condition
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills
- Represent the company professionally while delivering outstanding customer service on every call
- Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. (We can help you with this!)
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous drain cleaning, plumbing, or sewer service experience preferred
- Experience operating drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, and jetting machines strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to explain technical issues and solutions in a way customers can understand
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Plumbing license or willingness to obtain licensing through company-sponsored training
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
