Medical Support Assistant

About the Position: This is a Medical Support Assistant position located at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Act as primary point of contact for all beneficiaries requiring outpatient dental services.

Monitor reception areas to ensure patients are checked in and kept informed of clinial delays.

Develop monthly appointment schedules for clinical providers.

Prepare dental records, appropriate forms, and administrative routing markers for scheduled clinical appointments.

Answer frequently asked questions concerning dental clinic operations.
