Health System Specialist

About the Position: This position is located at Naval Health Clinic (Pearl Harbor), Island of Oahu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Identify, develop, evaluate, and recommend options to resolve command issues.

Provide expertise in extracting data from a wide variety of medical and financial databases and other sources in support of command projects.

Work with command executive staff to provide continual assessments of operational effectiveness and promote data integrity and quality.

Analyze information to provide senior management with an ongoing measure of organizational effectiveness.

Management analyst for assigned Directorates and Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) within the command.

Develop constructive recommendations to solve significant management problems.

Establish methodologies to identify, collect, compile, organize, analyze, interpret, track, and present workload, cost, and other pertinent medical and dental data and information.

This position requires Basic Life Support training certification from, or in accordance with, the American Heart Association and American Red Cross.
