About the role

Stellantis is seeking an Aftersales Optimization Labor Operations Analyst in the NA Parts & Accessories Planning & Launch Management organization. This technical role owns the Labor Operation implementation process for approved Aftersales optimization studies and requires strong knowledge of warranty systems, Labor Operations, vehicle repair procedures, and cross-functional program execution.  

The successful candidate will translate validated repair optimizations into accurate, controlled, and scalable dealer network updates. This role ensures approved Aftersales optimization opportunities are translated into accurate dealer-facing Labor Operations. 

Working from repair strategies validated by the Aftersales Optimization Lead, the LOP Analyst will establish appropriate LOP codes, descriptions, attributes, and labor times. They also identify read-across opportunities, implement required warranty controls, and validate successful deployment to the dealer network.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure quality and completion of labor time-related tasks 
  • Identify and implement Labor Operation read-across opportunities across vehicle lines, model years, components, and repair procedures to maximize the value of approved optimization studies 
  • Validate successful implementation of Labor Operation changes / warranty controls and resolve issues identified during and after deployment  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex set up of labor operation warranty concerns. 
  • Analyze Labor Operations, warranty data, repair procedures, and vehicle applicability to identify optimization opportunities, read-across candidates, and implement improvements 
  • Lead development and implementation of system improvements 
  • Understand diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Stellantis vehicles, including electric and hybrid models 
  • Review and approve Labor Operations in accordance with company policies & standards 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field     
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service engineering, dealership operations, technical support, technical publications, warranty, or related Aftersales functions 
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical and operational data, identify patterns and root causes, and convert findings into actions  
  • Proven ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders in cross-functional teams  
  • Ability to drive innovation and passion about learning new technologies  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, suppliers and warranty operations staff  
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Ability to deliver autonomously in a fast-paced work environment  

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience as a dealership automotive technician or service advisor 
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications 
  • Experience working with dealership and/or field service systems and processes 
  • Experience developing or validating repair procedures, administration of technical training, or technical repair support
