Energy Delivery and Distribution Associate II/Senior I

Primary Purpose
Contributes to the successful delivery of small-scale projects by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and supporting resource and cost management to maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages small projects within the department.
• Manages and coordinates all activities leading to the successful completion of projects including project scoping, timelines, cost estimates, and design.
• Develops and maintains parameters for project requirements.
• Provides direction to contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Coordinates procurement activities for project-related materials and services, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Identifies and escalates potential risks or issues impacting project timelines or deliverables to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Monitors project performance metrics and prepares status reports to ensure progress aligns with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• This position has limited scope (i.e., number of stakeholders, contractors, vendors, etc.). Typically works with Managers and Directors on projects of moderately complexity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Frequent, independent driving to meetings, company locations, field locations and/or active incidents sites while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws is essential to this position and cannot reasonably be accomplished via alternative transportation. Qualifications

Required Education

• Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Required Experience

• Typically requires 2 years of related experience.

• Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
• Requirements Management - The process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
