Retail Operations Support Specialist - Grocery

Job Description:

The Retail Operations Support Specialist - Grocery - is responsible for ensuring that the Grocery Retail team has the tools, processes, information, and operational support they need to execute with excellence in store every day. This will be achieved by working closely – on a day-to-day basis - with the Manager, Retail Operations (Grocery), their channel stakeholders and the Retail Strategy and Operations team.

The key link between the Grocery internal teams and their Retail partners in the field, the role is integral in enabling us to meet our goals by enabling the translation of agreed customer strategies into actionable, measurable in-store activities. In doing so, the role will need to be an excellent communicator with strong program and project management skills and a high level of expertise in translating priorities into action. Success in this role will be achieved through:

• Tools and technology management and maintenance on behalf of the channel
• Meeting, call and content readiness and delivery
• Channel specific analytics
• Representative tools and equipment management, as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably with an emphasis in business management, project management or technology management
• MBA preferred
• Understanding of the work of a field-based Retail Sales organization
• 3+ years of experience, with progressive responsibilities in program, project, and technology management
• Demonstrated application of this experience in a Sales environment, understanding of Sales technology
  

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range listed is applicable to IL:USD 74,511.00 - USD 102,453.00
