As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

Are You Qualified?
If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:
CDA, Associate's degree, or equivalent early childhood education credential required/Montessori Certification preferred
- 2-3 Years of Experience required
Must meet all state-specific licensing and employment requirements
- Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
Strong organizational and classroom management skills
A commitment to fostering independence, confidence, and respect in young children
Previous experience working with toddlers strongly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a teaching team
