MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Management and Program Analyst to define, develop, analyze, and conduct special studies and to develop guidance for special programs for implementation of federal laws, USAF plans or as otherwise directed by higher authority.

Performs work for management and oversight of Comptroller Reservist Training Program. Develops, modifies, and administers the Command Financial Management Awards Program. Studies the structure and/or functions of organizations of interrelated work processes and functions. Leads work measurement studies to develop engineered time standards and validate manpower requirements. Performs recurring and special projects. Coordinate training plans with annexes supporting war, mobilization, contingencies, exercises, and mobility, staffing, utilization, and assignment of manpower resources. Performs analytical and evaluative duties for management of Financial Management reservist training program.
