Supervisory Advanced Practice Nurse

This vacancy is for a Supervisory Advanced Practice Nurse position in the Administrative and Customer Support Division located at the U.S. Census Bureau HQ in Suitland, MD. Oversees and manages the planning of on-going health promotion programs, including the annual health fair, wellness blood screenings, CPR training, ergonomics training, support groups, annual flu immunization program, etc.

Supervises, organizes, directs, and coordinates activities of Occupational Health nurses, medical support assistants, program assistants and contracted staff.

Performs a wide range of nursing duties, including assessment and treatment of illnesses and injuries on the job, physical examinations for job requirements/certifications (i.e., motor vehicle operators), and screening tests.
