Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist

This position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. This announcement will close at 11:59 PM, on the day that 50 applications have been received or on the closing date, whichever is first.

As a(n) ,upervisory Logistics Management Specialist , you will: Plan, direct, and manage assigned logistics operations programs to supply customers with quality, timely, and reliable products and support services. Identify requirements for funding, human resources, materiel, facilities, and services needed to support the program and ensures resources are available. Developing annual operating plans establishing revenue targets, overhead expenses, and cost recovery goals for accountable property management and logistics operations. Provide leadership in support of agency activities and maintains liaison with SCMS customers to ensure customer requirements are met. Perform Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) duties, including contract planning, cost analysis, technical oversight, quality assurance, and acceptance of contractor work.
