About the Position: This position is located within Raymond W Bliss Army Health Center, Fort Huachuca, AZ Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Maintain tracking systems for problem resolution and conduct in-service training to improve clinic staff awareness of patient perceptions.

Direct the Customer Service Program to educate patients and staff on healthcare options, rights, and responsibilities.

Ensure all guidance materials related to CHAMPUS (Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services) and TRICARE are current and accessible.

Develop and implement communication strategies including news releases, bulletins, meetings, and seminars to keep the population informed.

Manage beneficiary claims and billing issues by tracking and resolving investigations within regulatory timeframes, acting as a liaison with Fiscal Intermediaries.
