Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Financial period end procedures for A/P and A/R Journal processing; Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.
• Verify and/or audit monthly payroll.
• Assist with the recording and reconciliation of intercompany payables and receivables.
• Assist with record organization and retention.
• Assist Accounting Manager with Ad Hoc data requests.
• Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Report to management regarding financial data.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: 5 plus years of experience in accounting to include A/R, A/P, and fixed assets.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Software; AS400; ERP-LN
