Community Dental Partners is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join Lufkin Kids Dentistry, a solo-doctor, pediatric-focused dental practice in Lufkin, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced pediatric dentist looking for a steady patient base, ongoing continuing education, and a supportive team that values clinical growth and long-term success.

An experienced clinical and administrative team supports our dentists so they can focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting patient relationships.

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
• Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
• Provide comprehensive dental care tailored to infants, children, and adolescents.
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
• Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.

What We're Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, with specialized training in pediatric dentistry.
• Active or eligible Texas dental license.
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in professional development and continued clinical growth.
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to a positive dental office culture.

Compensation and Benefits

• Potential income: $500,000-$600,000 yearly at full-time.
• Production-based compensation with guaranteed base pay.
