At Drybar, we don’t just hire stylists — we help develop exceptional stylists through hands-on training, continuing education, and daily coaching.

💛 Earn $21–$30+/hr (guaranteed hourly pay + tips + commissions — no earning ceiling!)💛 Flexible, set schedules💛 Paid training in blowouts, braids, updos & extensions💛 Ongoing education and skill development with monthly hands-on classes led by our full-time educator💛 Commission opportunities on retail, add-ons, extensions & memberships💛 Growth opportunities in education & management

We’re Looking For Stylists Who:

• Provide exceptional client experiences

• Bring positive energy and professionalism

A current Virginia cosmetology license is strongly preferred.
