Soccer Coach - (Part-Time)

We are looking to hire energetic and fun-loving part time Soccer Coaches for the recently opened Soccer Stars of Eastern Fairfield County region in Connecticut. Leading children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all.

Our ideal candidates will have prior experience working with Children between the ages of 1 - 11 (as a sports coach, teacher, camp counselor, daycare or leader). For the younger ages a drama school experience background is also of interest.

• Our coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress free environment.
• Our coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success.
• And finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey.

THE SCHEDULE

The majority of classes are held during the after school hours and weekends. Although midweek morning and early afternoon classes can occur.

THE LOCATION: EASTERN FAIRFIELD COUNTY, CT

Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers, current availability includes Fairfield and other towns within the surrounding area.

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching or working with youth/children (sports coaching, teaching, daycare or camp leadership) is preferred.

Benefits

• New Coaches can work *5 - 20 classes a week and earn from $20 per hr up to $40 per hr.
• Bonus programs available.
• We are flexible on dates, times and whether weekends, midweek or both options are preferred.   

• Initial and on-going training will be provided while also following the Soccer Stars Coaching manual
