Project Manager, Product Development

Primary Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of approved initiatives aligned to assigned business units
• Translate approved scope and success metrics into clear, execution-ready Epics and supporting work
• Maintain Epic-level integrity and surface tradeoffs when changes impact timeline, quality, or outcomes
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to support project delivery
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned business units

• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and regular updates
• Establish and maintain a consistent cadence for weekly project updates

• Partner with Engineering Managers during kickoff to review recommended tasks, estimates, and dependencies
• Maintain Epic-level visibility in Jira as the source of truth for scope, status, and outcomes
• Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Partner closely with the Program Director to surface risks, dependencies, decisions, and delivery insights

• Ensure post-launch expectations, follow-ups, and outcomes are clearly communicated

• Collaborate closely with the Program Director on risks, dependencies, and delivery insights
• Identify recurring patterns or process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional digital or software initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Experience working with Jira or similar work management tools
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort navigating ambiguity while driving clarity and alignment
• Agile or project management certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) a plus
