As the Director of Laboratory at Community Regional, you will lead lab services at one of the largest Level 1 Trauma Centers in California. Responsibilities

You love what you do, now love where you do it.

You will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership for Clinical Laboratory services, with a focus on high-quality and cost-effective testing that supports our mission. In partnership with pathologists, physicians and hospital leaders, you will oversee laboratory operations, quality improvement programs, proficiency testing, regulatory compliance and accreditation. You will effectively manage budget, capital planning, reporting systems and resources, all while leading and developing lab leaders and staff in a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences required
• Progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare required
