• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 5 years of managing large complex data systems and extensive understanding of overpayment process and QCO operations required.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Up to 25% travel required (as needed)

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Expert knowledge of SQL, Access, Excel and Power BI 
• Fluent in database (QCOMS) programming and proven ability to learn new platform and databases independently 
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful data 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Fluent in developing and understanding workflows within QCO and other relevant Merakey areas 
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with executive leadership and others within the QCO, Merakey and external stakeholders
• Advanced organizational skills
