The Deputy Chief of Staff is aligned under the Chief of Staff and plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief of Staff and enhancing the efficiency of the office.

Facilitating Communication: The Deputy Chief of Staff will act as a liaison between the Chief of Staff and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration across the organization. 4. Managing Special Projects: The Deputy Chief of Staff will lead and manage special projects or initiatives assigned by the Chief of Staff, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. 5. Supporting Decision-Making: The Deputy Chief of Staff will gather and analyze data to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations, thereby supporting the Chief of Staff in informed decisionmaking processes. 6. Representation: In the absence of the Chief of Staff, the Deputy Chief of Staff will represent the office in meetings and other official functions, ensuring continuity and consistency in leadership.
