SUPERVISORY WORK/LIFE CONSULTANT

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as first level supervisor over a group of work/life specialists and consultants, responsible for the full range of Military & Family Support Center's programs and services.

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of various work life functional areas within the Military & Family Support Center, ensuring that each functional area complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer's needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Assesses needs and provides work/life services to leadership, organizations, and populations serviced by the M&FSC. Supports and participates in quality initiatives. Participates in special projects and initiatives and performs non-routine assignments.
