HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. You will plan, organize and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the housing office policies and procedures.

You will assist senior specialist with determining the total housing requirement for military personnel assigned to the installation, evaluating existing housing assets, including PPV units.

You will maintain tenant occupant history files that include occupancy date, special requests, childcare provider information, and number of complaints.

You will assist housing tenants in resolving complaints and disputes concerning various situations in accordance with business agreements.

You will perform facility inspections and maintenance requirements to identify deficiencies.

You will prepare and conduct audiovisual presentations concerning housing before commands, groups, and incoming personnel being reassigned to the area.

You will prepare policy letters for high level officials and monitor progress for approvals and/or request.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related or Combination of education and experience equating to 100%.
