JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Maintenance Technician

Department: Operations

Reports To: Joshua Crabtree

Type: Full-time

Compensation: Hourly

Purpose:

Individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment including general facility maintenance.

Duties:

Be able to fix/issues in a timely and safe manner.
Provide knowledge in improve safety/efficiency within the company.
Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation
Be willing to help in production or shipping if needed temporarily

Skills:

Positive attitude
Ability to communicate well with others
Self-motivated & able to work independently
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Safety operates a forklift and scissor lift
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Working knowledge of 480-volt 3 phase power, motor starters, and variable frequency drives
Read and interpret product manuals and electrical schematics
Fabrication skills (preferred)
Plumbing skills (preferred)
HVAC skills (preferred)

Requirements

Experience:

Stable work history

Industrial maintenance: 5+ years (preferred)

Electrical experience: 5+ years (preferred)

Education:

High School Diploma (required)

College Degree (preferred)
