Physician Assistant

About the Position: This position is located at Irwin Army Community Hospital in Fort Riley, KS. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to patients across multiple settings.

Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic studies, and assess patient care and treatment.

Diagnose illnesses and injuries, develop treatment plans, and prescribe treatments for a variety of condition

Manage patients with multiple chronic conditions and provides routine and direct follow-up care.

Perform a full range of emergency services and lifesaving clinical procedures to stabilize patients.

Contribute to the operational integrity and continuous improvement of clinical services.

Collaborate with supervising physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals in the delivery of patient care.
