Investigations Assistant

Essential/Primary Job Duties:
* Assist Investigators in case preparation
* Prepare reports (restitution, false alarms)
* Assist with regulatory compliance reporting
* Assist with criminal history program
* Assist Investigators on low loss external investigations
* Ensures adherence to policies and procedures outlined in the bank's Security Program
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Minimum Qualifications and Education Required:
* At least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Current FNBT/FCS employee with minimum of two years of service
* Must be in good employment standing (disciplinary actions, performance reviews, policy adherence)
* Minimum one (1) year of clerical or administrative work experience
* Investigations or loss prevention experience preferred
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Capacity to work independently
* Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
