Resident Care Specialist Manager – RN

We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is ready to bring their clinical knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail to our Resident Care team.

In this role, you’ll lead and support the RAI/MDS and care-planning process, partnering with residents, families, physicians, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident’s needs are accurately assessed and reflected in their plan of care. You’ll also provide oversight of MDS activities, assessment schedules, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

We’re looking for an RN who:

1. - Holds a current, valid RN license
2. - Brings strong nursing experience, preferably within long-term care or skilled nursing
3. - Has working knowledge of MDS, RAI, OBRA, and long-term care payer systems
4. - Is confident collaborating with and guiding an interdisciplinary care team
5. - Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing assessment deadlines and regulatory requirements
6. - Most importantly, understands that behind every assessment and care plan is a resident who deserves thoughtful, high-quality care
