Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required and
Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Related Field preferred or
Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) Related Field preferred
Work Experience
A minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in a related field
Other Work Experience
Preferably Ph.D. but also open to master’s or bachelor’s in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, computer science, economics, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or other STEM fields)
15+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis or related field. (e.g., as a statistician / data scientist / data engineer). Ph.D. Research and post-doctoral experience also counts.
Travel Requirements
Up to 25% of the time Domestic and International Travel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $165,000-$210,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
