Building Services Hospitality Team Lead

The Building Services Hospitality Team Lead works with the Building Services Manager attending to the support of the various events in building, grounds to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional environment. 

MINISTERIAL DUTIES

These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.

• Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for FCA.
• Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.
• Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Hospitality

• Scheduling and supervision of part-time event staff
• The setup and take down of tables & chairs, serve food, and clean-up for special events.
• Run errands and pick up building supplies.
• Scheduling courier service and airport delivery/pickups.
  
• Coordinate with Building Services Manager for any support needs for events.
  
• Coordinate with the Training Department to ensure good training experience for staff.
  
• Order food and other supplies for all interval events.
  
• Manage the Support Center Rooms and Resources Calendars.

Inventory Control 

Maintain proper inventory of supplies for the building including:

• Logo coffee cups and lids
  
• Regular coffee cups and lids for training rooms, war room, etc.
  
• K-Cups for both community Keurig machines on 2nd floor and War room.
  
• Creamer cups for the 2nd floor coffee bar, War Room, and Training Room.
  
• Plates, bowls, napkins, and silverware for Break Room.
  
• Plates, bowls, napkins, and silverware used for all internal and training meals.
