About the role
Set along Collins Avenue in Miami Beach’s vibrant Mid-Beach neighborhood, Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is an invitation to experience the city with a fresh perspective. An Art Deco building and architectural landmark is home to the resort, where the Atlantic shapes a distinctive sense of place. Begin the day beside the ocean, follow the city’s art and design into the afternoon, or let the evening unfold at its own pace.
An ocean-view arrival opens onto the rhythm of the coast. Private terraces look out to the Atlantic and the Miami skyline, while two pools, a full-service spa, and a well-equipped fitness center create room to pause and recharge. Guests can gather over destination dining by José Andrés, where the Mediterranean meets Miami’s vibrant culture.
With thoughtful service, expressive design, and room to make each stay your own, every visit offers a new way to experience Miami Beach.
