- Provide responsive caregiving, including diapering, feeding, comforting, and attending to personal care needs.
- Plan and implement weekly lesson plans aligned with Reggio Emilia, project-based learning, and play-based exploration.
- Create a predictable yet flexible routine balancing active/quiet moments and individual/small-group experiences.
- Support sensory exploration, movement, language development, and early social-emotional skills using hands-on materials and museum galleries.
- Observe and document each child’s development using tools such as ASQ and daily observations; communicate progress with families and leadership.
- Use positive guidance techniques to support emotional regulation and early social skills.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a warm, inclusive, and professional team environment.
- Complete required annual training and follow all policies in the ECI and Museum handbooks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
