Location Manager — ACE Rent A Car, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

Location: Atlanta, GA (ATL Airport) · Compensation: $55,000–$65,000/year + bonus potential

This isn't a caretaker role. You'll be hands-on every day — coaching your people, watching the numbers, and making the calls that keep the location running like it should. What you'll own

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Experience Specialists — hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day direction
• Set and hold a high bar for integrity, ethical practices, and customer service, correcting and realigning the team where standards slip
• Build a positive, accountable culture and lead by example on the floor
• Own the location's operational and financial performance — the Daily Business Report, invoicing, receivables/payables, and inventory control
• Deliver performance feedback, evaluations, and, where needed, coaching or corrective action, partnering with HR
• Ensure company processes, compliance measures, and service standards are consistently followed
• Support your team's growth and advancement, and represent Walser's core values: Do the Right Thing, Lead by Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded

What you bring

• 2+ years of team leadership or management experience in a customer-facing operation (car/equipment rental, retail, hospitality, QSR, logistics, or similar)
• A track record of building, coaching, and turning around teams, with high personal integrity and sound judgment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and comfort holding people accountable while keeping morale high
• Solid operational and basic financial acumen (reporting, scheduling, inventory)
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
