About the role

Overview

Our team members are the heart of what makes us better.

At Hackensack Meridian Health we help our patients live better, healthier lives — and we help one another to succeed. With a culture rooted in connection and collaboration, our employees are team members. Here, competitive benefits are just the beginning. It’s also about how we support one another and how we show up for our community.

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Network Marketing Manager to serve in a critical, dual-focus role. This leader will act as the primary marketing partner for our flagship hospital, Hackensack University Medical Center, and Palisades Medical Center, while simultaneously championing the growth of service lines across the network, such as Urology and others.

This is a leadership opportunity for a data-driven marketing expert to make a tangible impact by connecting our communities and physicians with world-class care. We are looking for a proven leader who can bring a fresh, strategic perspective to our unique, high-demand environment. As the dedicated marketing partner for HUMC and PMC, you will work directly with hospital leadership to understand their priorities and translate network-wide goals into site-specific, effective marketing initiatives. Equally important is translating MarComm priorities into site and service line efforts that build upon regional and national awareness, drive volume and growth, increase physician referrals, and support content generation to fuel SEO/AIO/GEO discoverability.

The ideal candidate will own the marketing plan from conception to execution, demonstrating exceptional strategic thinking, project management skills, and a keen analytical mindset. Understanding the patient journey, targeting, segmentation, diverse media strategies, and a test-and-learn approach are key to success. You will be a master of multitasking and incredibly organized, with the sophisticated people skills required to collaborate with and influence a variety of stakeholders, from physicians and hospital executives to our internal creative and digital teams. The ability to craft compelling stories, identify powerful patient testimonials, and develop polished, data-driven presentations contribute to success in this role.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring a weekly presence at Hackensack University Medical Center, Palisades Medical Center, and our Metropark corporate office in Iselin to foster these critical leadership and team relationships and drive initiatives forward. If you are a results-oriented marketing leader with a passion for data, a talent for storytelling, and a desire to contribute to a healthier community, we invite you to apply.
