We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor quality, staffing, census, and operational goals
• Promote a culture focused on resident satisfaction and quality outcomes
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and healthcare partners
• Support employee engagement, retention, and recruitment efforts
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth
• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative leadership

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
• Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or senior long-term care leader
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
