Management and Program Analyst

Serves as senior Management and Program Analyst for DLA Disposition Services.

Performs full studies and analysis to support Business Case Analysis (BCA) or Strategic Planning teams or to determine compliance with management practices and effective utilization of staff.

Develops program related objectives, strategies, milestones, rules and procedures.

Compiles, coordinates, reviews, analyzes, maintains and disseminates management information data and statistics; identifies resources (human, capital, and natural) to support operations.

Analyzes new or proposed legislation or regulations to determine impact on program operations and management.

Researches and investigates new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations, or for senior staff.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
