We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and support nursing services in a skilled nursing environment in the Cincinnati, OH area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving clinical outcomes, and creating a positive culture of care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing department
• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and clinical services
• Support, coach, and develop nursing staff
• Monitor quality measures, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with surveys, audits, and implementation of corrective action plans
• Promote excellent resident care and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor staffing and help ensure appropriate nursing coverage
• Build accountability while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license in Ohio
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
• DON, ADON, Unit Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a nursing team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
