Position Summary: Advanced Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a well-established oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Aurora, Colorado, committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. We're seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll handle scheduling, patient records, insurance verification, and payment processing while maintaining a welcoming, efficient reception area.
Requirements
•Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
•Experience handling high-volume call management
•Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
•Schedule and confirm patient appointments
•Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
•Various office duties as assigned by Practice Manager
•Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, if necessary
•Work well in group setting
Qualifications
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Prefer candidates to have one year experience in a healthcare office-experience in the dental or medical industry, but willing to train the right candidate
•Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations
•Excellent Organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
•Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary
•Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
•Possess excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and listening skills

Schedule
•Monday to Thursday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
•Friday – 6:00am – 2:00pm
•No weekends
