About the role

Overview

Join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by managing receiving, shipping, and inventory for highly technical equipment. You will keep accurate property records and coordinate across directorates, ensure critical equipment is accounted for and available when needed.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD near BWI airport, with occasional work at 1306 Concourse Dr, within walking distance. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory records, material logs, and stock levels
  • Process receiving and shipping and update Government systems
  • Reconcile property lists monthly and document discrepancies
  • Track deliveries, inspections, acceptance, and warranties
  • Run weekly facility inspection checklists
  • Build reports for senior leadership

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
  • Demonstrated MS Office proficiency for reports, data management, and senior-leader materials
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Supply System and automated/manual supply systems
  • Proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills under pressure
  • Consistent record of strong customer service

Desired: 

  • Government property accountability (FAR 52.245)
  • Audit-ready inventory with serial-number traceability
  • Lab or forensic equipment support
