About the role
TotalCare is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our growing marketing team. Working directly under the Content and Media Manager, you will be the driving visual force behind our brand, responsible for capturing and producing compelling video and photography. From high-energy facility grand openings and live events to engaging social media reels and heartfelt staff testimonials, your work will directly shape how patients and the community connect with TotalCare.
If you have a strong eye for framing, a passion for mission-driven storytelling, and the technical skills to handle high-quality production and post-production, we want to see your reel!
Responsibilities: Event Coverage: Serve as the videographer and photographer for TotalCare events, including facility grand openings, community outreach initiatives, and large-scale corporate gatherings; Employee Branding Production: Collaborate closely with the Content and Media Manager on staff and leadership interactive interviews. While the Manager sets up the concepts and conducts the interviews, you will own the technical execution: designing the lighting setup, ensuring audio capture, and operating the cameras; Marketing Asset Creation: Shoot and edit dynamic, short-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Provide high-quality photography for website updates, blog posts, and digital campaigns; Visual Campaign Integration: While you will not be designing graphics, you must have a strong understanding of graphic marketing strategies. You will be expected to frame shots with text overlays and graphic integration in mind, ensuring your video and photo deliverables fit seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns; Post-Production: Manage the end-to-end video editing process, including color grading, audio mixing, and exporting deliverables in various aspect ratios for different platforms—often with fast, recurring turnaround times; Equipment Management: Maintain, organize, and manage all company-owned camera gear, lighting equipment, and audio setups
Requirements: Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of professional camera equipment (mirrorless/cinema cameras, gimbals, drones) and audio recording gear (lavaliers, boom mics). Familiarity with fast-paced, live-production environments is a huge plus; Software Mastery: Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, and basic Photoshop (strictly for photo editing and color correction); Lighting & Composition: Strong understanding of framing, composition, and professional lighting setups for both run-and-gun event shooting and controlled, cinematic interview environments; Soft Skills: Excellent time management, ability to meet tight weekly deadlines, and strong communication skills; Mobility: Ability to travel locally to different TotalCare facilities and event locations as needed
