About the Position: This is a MILITARY TECHNICIAN with the 81st Readiness Division, Equipment Concentration Site 125 located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Plan work schedules.

Establish deadlines and priorities.

Assign tasks to employees and make adjustments as necessary.

Review work for accuracy and compliance with standards.

Investigate and correct productivity problems for an efficient work environment.

Identify training needs of employees.

Provide instruction, direction and guidance to employees.

Counsel employees on problems and/or complaints and union representation.

Initiate proposals for disciplinary actions.

Schedule and approve leave.

Interview candidates for vacant positions and provide recommendations for selection.

Develop performance standards.
